Who We Are
Our Story
After moving from New Zealand to Australia in 2005, Angie brought with her years of experience in high-level administration across legal, people and culture, and executive operations. In 2006, Angie settled in Canberra and was inspired by the visibility and vibrancy of people with disability participating in everyday public life—something she had not witnessed before.
While inclusion was evident, the gaps in ongoing support became clear. Angie saw an opportunity to bring her skills, empathy and energy to create something different—something personal, flexible and focused on real outcomes.
Limitless Strategies was built on a belief that people with disability deserve more than just services. They deserve respect, opportunities, confidence and joy.

Founded in 2014 by Angie Gerrie, Limitless Strategies is a proudly independent disability support provider based in Canberra. We support people living with disability to live full, connected and meaningful lives—on their own terms.
Our services are designed for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan managed. Whether it’s personal care, transport, community access, overnight support or music-based programs, we tailor our support to each person’s lifestyle, needs and goals.
